This space was created through Bard College Berlin's (BCB) Community Dance Course. Shahd Katba and Maya Elena co-led a movement improvisation workshop for the BIPOC students and artists of Berlin. The movement-based workshop provided participants with the tools for self-expression, movement improvisational techniques, and experience real time composition. Through community bonding, healing and support while working with the body and text as material.
